Lisa Meloncon is one of the researchers working on the Understanding Health Information Seeking Behaviors project. She earned her Ph.D. from the University of South Carolina in Rhetoric and Technical Communications. Active in a number of professional organizations (including the American Association of the History of Medicine), Meloncon is also the author of two books and several book chapters. She currently serves as an associate professor of Professional Writing at the University of Cincinnati.
